Meet Dr. Egg
Hi! My full name is Allison Eggleston, DDS, MS, but you can call me Dr. Egg. I was born and raised in Wilmington, and LOVE my hometown. I earned my B.S. in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry at UNC Wilmington, and continued to UNC Chapel Hill for dental school. I discovered my passion for pediatric dentistry in the summer of 2007 and attended a 3-year pediatric dental specialty residency program, also at UNC Chapel Hill.
I live in Wilmington with my wonderful husband, David (also born and raised in Wilmington), and our beautiful twins, Tripp & Mae, our two cats, Julius Peppers and Kashmir Page, and our hamster Chip. I enjoy exercising, singing, reading, crossword puzzles, traveling, and fun in the sun….but most of all I love my family, my friends, my Egg Girls, and my patients!!

Angela Moore
Surgical and Treatment Coordinator
Hello everyone… my name is Angela Moore. I was born and raised in Durham, NC but have called the coast home for many years and have been settled in Hampstead for the last 20 years. I have two grown children, my daughter Tyler and her sweet puppy Oliver who live in Wilmington and my son Jackson who is a senior at UNC Charlotte.
I have been blessed to call the Egg Girls my work family for the last 9 years and enjoy talking to all o the patients each day and helping parents navigate through their children’s treatment needs. It has also been such a blessing to watch all of them grow and blossom.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time on the water, trying new sourdough recipes and stealing moments with my children.
We can not wait to meet you!
Jaime Jacobs

Hi everyone, my name is Jaime Jacobs. I am not from one place in particular, as I grew up in a military family and we moved all around. However, I have called Hampstead home for 29 years. I graduated from CFCC in 1996 and have been a Dental Assistant for 29 years.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my husband and 3 grown children. I am a true animal lover and have lots of fur babies that keep me very busy.
I love being able to call Dr. Egg my work family and look forward to taking care of all of the children in the Dr. Egg practice for many years to come.
Meg Ramsey
Dental Assistant
Hey everyone…My name is Meg Ramsey. I was born in upstate NY, but have lived here in the small town of Burgaw since I was 3, and love everything about it! I’m happily married to my high school sweetheart, and together we have two beautiful daughters, Brylee Sue and Anna Grace. We love hanging out at the beach, on the river, serving at our church, and spending time with our friends and family!
I played volleyball at Cape Fear Community College while obtaining my Associate in Arts degree. In 2015, I completed the Dental Assisting program, also at Cape Fear. After graduating from the Dental Assisting program, I began working in general dentistry until I was lucky enough to come to work for Dr. Egg in 2018. I am currently taking classes again at CFCC and plan to become a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2027. I have loved every minute of working at a Pediatric Dental office, especially working for Dr. Egg! She is the most down-to-earth person who will care for your children as she does her own!

Melissa White Davis

Hello everyone! My name is Melissa White Davis… I was born and raised in Wilmington, NC, and currently reside in Hampstead. I am a graduate of CFCC class of 1996. I have 29 years of Dental Assisting experience, with 21 of those being in pediatrics.
I joined Dr. Eggs team in 2015 and have enjoyed every minute here.
At home I have one sweet Boston Terrier that keeps me very busy. All three of my children are young adults now and have flown the coup.
I truly love working for Dr. Egg and look forward to many more years of fun. Meeting all the families at this practice has been a joy!
Larissa Diaz

Hi everyone! My name is Larissa Diaz, and I was born and raised in Duplin County, NC, in a small town called Magnolia. I am a recent graduate of CFCC class of 2025 and recently joined Dr. Eggs team.
I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, and love going to the beach on my off days. I have a small dog named Benji who likes to keep me on my toes with his big personality.
I really love being a part of Dr. Eggs team and look forward to many opportunities here!

I have worked in pediatric dentistry for over 30 years. After taking a couple of years away from the dental field, I was excited to return part-time and join Dr. Egg’s office, where I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families.
Outside of work I am a wife and proud mom of two, along with two wonderful bonus children. When I’m not at the office you’ll usually find me boating, traveling, or spending time with family. I also have two French Bulldogs, Cash and June, who are the loves of my life. I’m so happy to be back in pediatric dentistry!
